What are Stankevicius Proprietary Companies?

Stankevicius Proprietary Companies are separate legal entitites, which collaborate directly with Paulius Stankevicius or Stankevicius Group companies that are originally founded companies by Paulius Stankevicius, to a certain level of merged interest in which share ownership is provided to Paulius Stankevicius or to originally founded Stankevicius Group member companies by Paulius Stankevicius.

Stankevicius Proprietary Companies are member firms of Stankevicius Group network. The firms that make up the network are committed to providing quality service offerings for clients throughout the world. Firms in Stankevicius Group network are members of Stankevicius Group or have other connections to Paulius Stankevicius. Stankevicius Group does not provide services to clients. Instead, its purpose is to act as a coordinating entity for member firms in the Stankevicius Group network. Focusing on key areas such as strategy, brand, and risk and quality, the Stankevicius Group network team develops and implements policies and initiatives to achieve a joint and coordinated approach among individual firms where appropriate.

Member firms of Stankevicius Group can use Stankevicius Group name and draw on resources and methodologies of the Stankevicius Group network. In addition, member firms may draw upon other member firms' resources and secure the provision of professional services by other member firms or other entities. In return, member firms are bound to abide by certain common policies and maintain the standards of the Stankevicius Group network.

The Stankevicius Group is not one international partnership, and Stankevicius Group member firms are not otherwise legal partners with each other. Many of the member firms have legally registered names that contain "Stankevicius"; however, there is no ownership by Stankevicius Group. A member firm cannot act as an agent of Stankevicius Group or any other member firm, cannot obligate Stankevicius Group or any other member firm, and is liable for its own acts or omissions and not those of Stankevicius Group or any other member firm. Similarly, Stankevicius Group cannot act as an agent of any member firm, cannot obligate any member firm, and is liable only for its own acts or omissions.

Currently there are no active Stankevicius Proprietary Companies
